Audition privacy notice

What you share
When you submit, LRT Media receives your name, email address, selected role, optional note, recording, consent version, and submission time. The portal uses a session cookie and limited security records to prevent abuse and process retries.
How your audition is used
Your audition is for private casting review and casting-related contact by LRT Media. This portal does not publish your recording or use it for voice cloning or AI training. The character portraits are fictional artistic illustrations and are not actor appearance requirements.
Recording and storage
Your microphone is accessed only after you choose to record and allow browser permission. A take remains in your browser until you submit it. You can play, discard, retake, or save a copy. Closing or reloading this page can erase an unsaved take.
Submitted audio travels over HTTPS to LRT Media’s Namecheap hosting for validation, then to a private Google Drive folder controlled by LRT Media. Your contact details and note accompany the recording. LRT Media also receives an email notice with your name, email address, role, note, and a link to the private folder, so we can review new auditions promptly. Google and Namecheap process this data as hosting and storage providers under their applicable policies. A temporary hosting copy is removed after verified transfer or after a failed attempt; a minimal private receipt supports safe retries.
Retention and your choices
The deployment default is to retain audition materials for 90 days after submission, unless you agree to a different period for ongoing casting. LRT Media must review and delete expired Drive files; deletion is not automated by this portal. You may ask LRT Media to access or delete your audition by emailing craigalanhart@gmail.com. Please include your submission reference and the email you used.
Consent and younger performers
Submission requires explicit consent to the collection and private storage described here and confirmation that you have permission to submit the recording. A parent or guardian should manage submissions for younger performers. The child characters currently have no approved audition sides and are closed to submissions.
